1. Real-money gaming

Zooba is a real-money gaming service operated by a licensed operator. Coins are the in-game unit used to place wagers. Coins may be purchased, won through play, and — subject to the conditions below — redeemed for cryptocurrency. Gambling involves risk; you may lose the money you deposit.

2. Eligibility & location

You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). The service is unavailable in restricted jurisdictions, and you may not use a VPN or other means to bypass regional controls. You are responsible for ensuring that participating is lawful where you are located. We may refuse or close accounts to comply with our licence.

3. Identity verification (KYC) & AML

Before any withdrawal is released, you must complete identity verification. We may request government ID and proof of address, and we may delay, withhold, or reverse transactions to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML), fraud-prevention, and sanctions obligations. Providing false information may result in forfeiture and account closure.

4. Deposits, coins & pricing

You buy coins through our third-party payment provider at the prices shown in the store. Coins are credited once payment confirms on-chain. Purchases are for placing wagers; except where required by law, coin purchases are non-refundable once credited.

5. Wagering requirement & withdrawals

Only net winnings are withdrawable. Purchased coins must be wagered at least once (1× play-through) before winnings unlock, and free or bonus coins (welcome bonuses, promotions, goodwill credits) are never withdrawable. Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and paid to the cryptocurrency address you provide after KYC is complete. Minimum withdrawal amounts, limits, and processing times are shown on the Withdraw page. You are responsible for providing a correct address on the correct network; transfers sent to an address or network you specify incorrectly cannot be recovered.

6. Game fairness

Game outcomes are determined by a server-side random number generator. Published odds and house edges apply to each game. We may adjust game configuration and promotional settings; the settings in force at the time of your wager govern that wager.

7. Fair play & accounts

One account per person. Don't cheat, collude, use bots, exploit bugs, or abuse promotions. We may suspend or close accounts, void bets, and withhold balances obtained through prohibited activity or in breach of these terms.

8. Responsible gambling

Gambling can be addictive. Only play with money you can afford to lose. You may request deposit limits, cool-off periods, or self-exclusion by contacting support, and we may impose limits or exclude accounts where we have concerns about harm. 9. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes due on your winnings under the laws that apply to you.

10. No warranties & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount held in your account plus deposits made in the prior 3 months.
